The meeting point for all glides is always in front of
the main statue Cervantes in Plaza de Espana (in front of the horse). The
monitor will be with a Segway/s making him easy to spot. The picture on our
reservations page ( http://www.madsegs.com/reservations.html ) at the
bottom was taken at the meeting point.
Access: Metro lines 2, 3 and 10 exit using
directions for Plaza de Espana (not the elevator/lift).
Please do not be late as glides cannot be
delayed and no refunds will be made for missed glides. Please make a note
of the contact details in the event that you cannot find the monitor or the
meeting point. Segways are well adapted to wet conditions and glides will
not be cancelled in the event of rain or wet conditions. In the unlikely
event of severe weather conditions (ice/snow) please contact us before the
glide for an alternate day/time. For more information and terms please read
our FAQ's page.
If you need to reschedule your Glide/s, please
request a change of date/time via email change@madsegs.com 72 hours in
advance. We will do our best to accommodate you if at all possible.
Glides run rain or shine.

de estanque) en Plaza de España. Allí estará el monitor, fácilmente
reconocible porque irá en un Segway HT. Utiliza nuestro nº de teléfono
de contacto en caso de que no encuentres el lugar.
Accesos: Metro Plaza de España, línea 2, 3 y 10.
Por favor, sé puntual, los paseos se iniciarán a la hora fijada, y no podrás reclamar el importe pagado si no acudes.
Los Segways se adaptan a circunstancias de lluvia y los paseos no
serán cancelados. En caso de hielo y nieve contacta con nosotros antes
del paseo para reservarte otro día/hora.
Si necesitas cambiar tu paseo, por favor, solicita el cambio de día/hora en el email: change@madsegs.com antes de 72 horas. Intentaremos acomodarte en otro paseo si es posible.
